Welcome to CDimenso Creative House. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication, professional collaboration, and protection for both CDimenso and our clients.
1. Services
CDimenso Creative House provides professional image post-production services including but not limited to:
- Photo Retouching
- Personal Branding Image Editing
- eCommerce Product Image Editing
- Creative Compositing & Concept Artwork
- Background Replacement and Enhancement
Our services are designed to enhance and refine images while maintaining the artistic vision and style of the photographer or brand.
2. Project Submission
Clients must provide:
- High-resolution image files
- Clear editing instructions
- Reference images (if applicable)
- Brand guidelines or style preferences when required
CDimenso is not responsible for results affected by poor image quality, low resolution files, or unclear instructions.
3. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times depend on:
- Project complexity
- Number of images
- Current workload
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated before the project begins. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery times may vary depending on project scope.
4. Revisions
We offer revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Minor revisions are included within the agreed scope.
- Major revisions or concept changes may incur additional charges.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before starting the project.
General guidelines:
- Payment may be required upfront or partially upfront depending on project size.
- Final files may be delivered after payment completion.
- Large or ongoing projects may follow milestone payments.
CDimenso reserves the right to pause or cancel projects in case of non-payment.
6. Copyright & Ownership
Clients retain full copyright ownership of their original photographs.
CDimenso provides editing and post-production services only and does not claim ownership over the client’s images.
However:
- CDimenso retains the right to showcase edited work in portfolios, marketing, or social media unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect the privacy of photographers, brands, and clients.
All files shared with CDimenso are treated as confidential and secure. We do not share, sell, or distribute client images to third parties.
Confidential projects can be protected with additional privacy agreements if requested.
8. File Storage
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their own files.
CDimenso does not guarantee permanent file storage and files may be safely deleted after the final deliverables are accepted and the project is considered closed.
