Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital creative services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started or files have been delivered.
- Clients are encouraged to provide clear instructions, references, and requirements before the project begins to ensure the desired outcome.
- If a client is not satisfied with the initial result, we offer reasonable revisions within the agreed scope to improve the final output.
- Refunds may be considered only if the project has not yet started.
- Once edited images or final files have been delivered, the project is considered completed and non-refundable.
- Any additional changes beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges.
- In case of project cancellation by the client after work has started, payments made are non-refundable.
